Installation view: Companions, Union Pacific
Companions is an exhibition that paradoxically is devoid of all visible companions. Empty sets, seemingly uninhabited facades and barren landscapes await the presence of humans. These lonely paintings and sculptures, brought together in a room, encourage introspection - as we project ourselves into the voids. By walking through the door, we become protagonists in the prologue of these plays, companions in unfolding dramas of our own making.
